Activities for supporting and assisting vessels in navigation.
Our service is the result of an agreement between our National Association of Category A.N.G.O.P.I. (Associazione Nazionale Gruppi Ormeggiatori Porti Italiani) and the General Command of Harbor Master's Offices MARI.CO.GE.CAP. It is regulated by dispatches No. 82/44512/II dated 16/07/04, No. 82/03225/II dated 20/01/05, and No. 02/02/60404 dated 28/06/06 from the same CO.GE.CAP, based on the costs indicated in the relevant table, available on the website. This activity is provided by the "Gruppo Ormeggiatori e Barcaioli del porto di Civitavecchia" under the continuous coordination of the Maritime Authority and is carried out by the Italian Mooring Groups associated with A.N.G.O.P.I. It covers about 90 Italian ports, for vessels that, due to technical reasons, are unable to continue navigating with their means and to reach the mooring in the port - the service provided is absolutely functional to the characteristics of the units, ordinarily armed, equipped, and in compliance with onboard documents and safety certifications.
The "Gruppo Ormeggiatori e Barcaioli del porto di Civitavecchia," with prior authorization from the Harbor Master's Office, provides assistance to vessels that, unable to move autonomously, must transfer from their mooring to a nautical shipyard in Civitavecchia, or vice versa, and in the surrounding areas.

The call right will be paid every time a call is canceled after the Group's vessel has departed and before the same vessel has passed the port entrance lights. It is set in the following amounts:
Non-performance occurs whenever the Group's vessel does not perform the service after having passed the limit of the port entrance lights.
The compensation is set at 50% of the tariffs with a maximum ceiling of €282.00.
